Brothers and Sisters , 

We have come to tentative agreement with your employer .  The Final (clean) Version of the  Memorandum of Settlement document is listed below . The  second  MOS settlement Draft below contains the same document  but with tracked changes that will show you what was added or deleted  . 

The "in person only" ratification meeting is scheduled for Sunday  March 13th and we have mutually agreed with the employer to extend the Strike / Lockout deadline to 12.01 am on March 14, 2022 that is the earliest we could be locked out or go on strike if the offer is rejected. 

We urge all members to attend this meeting in person if possible as this is a major decision for us all ,  but because you have access to settlement before the meeting and with the will of the membership at that meeting you may still have an opportunity to vote

If you absolutely  cannot attend in person you can state your intent "YES" or "NO" on a plain piece of paper by answering the following question " DO YOU AGREE WITH THE FINAL TERMS OF SETTLMENT"
You would then need to place & fold  your vote in a sealed envelope and then write your name on outside of envelope (not on your ballot / choice)  . Scrutineers will open all envelopes and mix all write in ballots to protect your right to secret ballot. Those ballots will only be added to ballot box  after membership vote to accept or reject them and will only be counted with the other in person ballots by Scrutineers after the in person vote. 

If the offer is rejected we will immediately  take a strike vote. After the strike vote we will open the floor for proposals based on the rejected offer.

 It is very important that you attend in person as critical decisions may be made in your absence !
